Description
This filter fits in the neck of the gas tank of the KTM 790 / 890. This filter fits the black Zadi filler neck.
Note – does NOT fit 2023 890 – there was a change to the filler neck so it won’t fit
Note – you’ll definitely want to order the Guglatech install tool for this project. It allows you to spread the filter into place.
Filter does not have an upper flange, instead the neck ring is wired into the filler nozzle of the tank
Neck size 44mm
Filter size 8.5 x 9 inches
Install quick tips: Remove the gas cap and Zadi filler neck.
Drill a series of 8 small holes around the base of the filler neck.
Use the supplied stainless wire to attach the ring on the filter to the filler neck.
Reinstall filter and filler neck.

Take careful measurements of your filler nozzle and confirm for proper fitment. (see measurements of filter above).
If you order the wrong filter you’re responsible for any shipping fees needed to replace it with the proper filter, plus any price differences.
Filters that have been immersed in gas (or are not in like-new condition) are NOT eligible for return or refund.
