Installation Instructions
- Remove the Forks
- Detach the fork tubes from your motorcycle according to your service manual.
- Position the Sleeve
- Identify which sleeve has the elastic band—this sleeve should go on the fork near the brake rotor.
- Slide the sleeve onto the upper fork tube so the silicone band is approximately ¾” above the enlarged area near the fork seal.
- Pull Down and Secure
- Pull the nylon sleeve downward over the slider.
- Slip the provided O-ring from the top down to secure the sleeve end nearest the axle.
- Reinstall the Forks
- Reattach the fork tubes, tighten all bolts to manufacturer specifications, and check for proper clearance around brake rotors and other components.
Key Features
- Elastic Band Design
- One sleeve includes an elastic band that gathers the nylon, preventing contact with the brake rotor for safe operation.

- Shields your fork tubes from dirt, debris, and minor impacts, extending the life of your fork seals.
- Color Options
