Return Policy

We aim to make returns easy and fair. Please read the details below:

  1. Inspect Your Order:

    • Inspect your order and report any missing items within 2 days of delivery.
    • Issues reported after 2 days will not be accepted.
  2. Return Eligibility:

    • If you wish to return an item, contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will provide a return shipping label.
    • Items must be in like-new condition with all original parts and packaging.
    • Used, damaged, or incomplete items may be rejected or subject to a discount.
    • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  3. Refund Timeline:

    • Allow 30-45 days for your refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal account.
  4. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Defective items will be replaced with the same product.
    • DVDs, lighting products, and electrical components are not eligible for return.
    • canceled orders have specific return or cancellation fees (see below).
  5. Order Cancellations:

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • Refunds may be issued under certain circumstances, but orders are generally non-refundable once an item has shipped or 24 hours have passed.
    • Cancellations before order processing incur no fee. After processing, a 7% restocking fee applies.
    • If the package has shipped, the 15% restocking fee applies.
  6. Warranty:

    • BestRest products are covered by a 90-day warranty for defects in workmanship and materials.
    • The warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective items only.
    • Warranty applies to purchases within the USA. Contact us for warranty claims.
