CyclePump Warranty

Purchase the Warranty Claim:

  • Once you have purchased the $30 warranty claim on our website, we will provide you with a Warranty Claim Form.

Complete the Warranty Claim Form:

  • This form must be filled out completely and included in the box when you ship the product to us.
  • Warranty claims without this form will not be accepted and the item will be returned.

Ship the Item:

  • After completing the form, ship the item along with the form to our PO Box address provided in your order confirmation.

Eligibility:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from BestRest Products or from an authorized distributor or retailer.
  • Items purchased through unauthorized resellers, such as eBay or Amazon resellers, are not eligible for the warranty. Unauthorized items will be returned without any warranty service.
  • The warranty claim must be made by the original purchaser of the CyclePump.
  • Warranties are non-transferable. The warranty cannot be transferred to another individual, and the original purchaser must be the one filing the claim.
  • If you are not the original purchaser of the CyclePump, the item will not be repaired, the warranty will be void, and the individual who purchased the warranty claim will receive a refund, minus the cost of shipping the product back and an additional 15% fee.

Shipping Costs:

For All Customers (U.S. and International):

  • Customers are responsible for paying the inbound shipping cost to send the item to us.
  • We will cover the outbound return shipping to you with an allowance of up to $10.
  • Any additional shipping costs beyond $10 will be charged to the customer’s credit card before the item is shipped back.

U.S. Customers:

  • Return shipping from us back to you is included in the $30 warranty claim fee, with a shipping allowance of up to $10.

International Customers:

  • A $10 shipping allowance is provided for return shipping. Any additional shipping costs beyond this amount will be charged to the customer’s credit card before the item is shipped back.

Important:

  • After purchasing the $30 warranty claim on our website, please ship the item to our PO Box address provided in your order confirmation.

Ez Air Gauge Warranty

The CyclePump EZAir Gauge comes with a 1-year limited warranty, covered by the original manufacturer, for customers within the United States. Proof of purchase is required.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or over-pressurization.

Shipping Costs:

    • US Customers: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost to send the gauge to us. Return shipping costs (from us back to you) are included in the warranty payment made on our website.
    • International Customers: We do not offer this warranty to international customers due to high shipping costs, taxes, and duties associated with these lower-cost items. This restriction applies only to the EZAir Gauge and does not affect warranties for other BestRest Products available internationally.

Important Notice:

If the gauge does not have “CyclePump” on the dial face, it is a copycat or clone product, and we will not repair or warrant it.

Third-Party Product Warranties

For products that we sell but do not manufacture ourselves, the warranty is provided by the original manufacturer and is subject to their warranty policy.

Warranty Process:

  • We will refer you to the original manufacturer for any warranty claims. We are happy to assist in the process, but please note that all warranty decisions are at the discretion of the original manufacturer.

BestRest Support:

  • While we assist with warranty claims, we are not responsible for the final decision or outcome of the warranty process for third-party products.

Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty documentation for specific terms and conditions applicable to these products.
