Why carry a quart when ounces will do?

Online ordering

Place an online order by clicking HEREWe accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express cards for online orders. The online order form will give you a menu for UPS ground shipping costs within the continental US, based on order value. Scroll down for the proper value. Sales tax will be added for Washington residents. Online orders are usually processed within 1 working day.

Attention Mac Users: We've received reports of problems with the online ordering process. If you keep getting bounced back to the order form, try using Firefox to complete the order (if you're currently using Safari).  If this fails please call us and place your order info over the telephone. Or you can send your order information via e-mail. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Canadian customers - We ship to Canada via Global Priority Mail.  We do not use UPS or Fedex for Canadian shipments.

Sales tax will be added for Washington residents.  Our website automatically calculates an 8.9% tax rate, but actual rates will vary based on the customer's delivery address.  This is required by Washington laws effective July 1, 2008.  Customers outside of Washington are not charged sales or other taxes.

For fastest order processing place your order by telephone 425-673-1023. Office hours are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific time (USA), Monday thru Friday. If we’re not in the office when you call, please leave a message with your billing and shipping addresses, products required, credit card information and telephone number. International Orders

Don't live in the US?  Yes, we ship to most countries via Global Priority Mail. This method is less expensive than other shipping services and does not normally incur customs brokerage fees. You're still responsible for all duties, taxes and other fees. We add a $4 fee to all international orders for customs documents processing.  Please read the information below in the "Shipping and Handling" section.

For security and credit card fraud prevention reasons we require that all international customers send a separate email message listing the 3-digit V-code found on the back of their credit card (the last 3 numbers in the white signature block). Without this code we cannot process your order!

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express cards.  We also accept checks and Money Orders, with certain restrictions and conditions (see above).  If paying by check or money order, include sufficient funds for shipping.  We'll refund any over payment.

Click HERE if you'd like to join our mailing list.  We occasionally send out notices regarding new products, special discounts, fun rides, or announcements that would be of interest to our customers. We'd love to add you to this mailing list, but we'll only do it with your permission. 


Stocking Dealers

Click HERE to find your closest stocking BestRest dealer.  You can contact them to purchase most BestRest products, including the CyclePump. 

Stop&Go Tire Pluggers, GlobeRider DVD's, Centec fuse panels, and IPF lights and bulbs are NOT available from dealers.  

If you're in the neighborhood of one of our participating BestRest dealers, we encourage you to purchase your products from them.  Or, you can still order from BestRest if that's more convenient


Payment Methods

Accepted methods of payment:

We accept American Express, Master Card, and Visa credit cards.  The 3-digit "V-code" found on the back of your credit card is necessary to process all CC orders.  The V-code is the last 3 digits in the white signature block.  For American Express cards use the small 4 digits above the card number.

We accept personal or company checks made out to BestRest Products.  Orders paid by check will be held 10 days for bank clearance.

We accept US Postal Money Orders and other Money Orders made out to BestRest Products.  

Include sufficient funds for shipping, see below    Don't worry, we'll refund any surplus.

Sorry, at this time we do not accept PayPal or other e-commerce forms of payment.  

Sorry, we do not accept Discover cards.

Sorry, no COD’s, no open accounts, or 3rd party billings.


Shipping and Handling

For orders within the continental US we ship via UPS. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your product total and are calculated on the value of your order, not on your shipping zone or the weight of the package.

Orders for single DVD's = $7.00

Orders $1 - $50 = $8.00 (for small items only, shipped via Priority Mail whenever possible)

Orders $50 - $100 = $14.00

Orders $100 - $200 = $16.00

Orders $200 - $300 = $19.00

Orders $300 + = $23.00

Expedited shipping via 2nd-day UPS is approximately 50% more than the above estimates.

International orders cost more to ship. We'll adjust shipping fees accordingly. International shipments are done via US Global Express Mail to keep the costs down. We no longer ship international orders via UPS or DHL because of the added customs brokerage fees they impose. International customers are responsible for all duties, fees, taxes, and other charges. Please understand that once the packages are shipped, we cannot expedite or influence Customs Officials. Sometimes they're very efficient, sometimes the inspection and delivery process takes longer than expected. Please be patient!

We normally ship the same business day we receive your order. We'll notify you by e-mail if we expect a delay of more than 2 working days to process your order.

We understand how important it is for you to receive your products as soon as possible after you've placed your order. You may have your products shipped Next Day, 2-day, or 3-day for an additional fee. Mark your order form clearly (enter this data in the Special Instructions Section for Online Ordering)if you require expedited shipping.

Packages may require a signature upon delivery. Please make arrangements to have the package shipped to an address where someone can sign for your package. If no one is at the shipping address,UPS may leave a yellow “Attempted Delivery” sticker on your door. If this occurs, sign the form (releasing UPS and BestRest from responsibility for loss or theft) and leave it on your door for the next UPS attempted delivery. This process can up to 3 days to complete. This can be very frustrating when you're ready to leave on a trip and you're waiting for your products, so plan your shipping address carefully.

UPS will try to deliver your package 3 times before they return it to BestRest. If your package isn't claimed your credit card will be billed for any returned package fees. We've chosen  as our standard shipper because their rates are consistently lower than other carriers and their service is excellent. We reserve the right to change carriers if we believe we can save you money or if we can get your packages to you sooner.

Shipping Address Errors and Correction Fees

If you provide us with an incorrect shipping addresses (wrong house #, wrong zip, missing apartment #, suite, etc) this will incur a $5.00 charge for ground packages and $10.00 charge for air packages, if the correction is made after package has shipped, or if UPS must make an in-transit address correction.   Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy.

This fee is charged (to us) by UPS for incorrect addresses, and it's only fair that these costs be passed along to the customer.  These fees will be billed to the same credit card used for your order. If you feel you have been charged this fee in error, please contact us so we may dispute the fee with the package delivery company. We appreciate your understanding. 

If we made the address error then there will be no charge to you.  If it's our mistake we'll pay the UPS fees.

Our company policy is to provide you with the least expensive, fastest, and safest method of shipment.
